Subliminal Affirmation CDs are another tool I use with which you can change your Belief system, with or without EFT. (without EFT it will take longer) Considering the time and effort it takes to make one CD, it is not going to turn into a money spinner anytime soon but I see it as another service to my clients. Subliminal messages work on an unconscious (subconscious) level. For instance, if you are going to buy a fridge, you will unknowingly veer towards the brand whose ad you saw on TV the night before—even though you weren’t really paying attention to the ad! In Subliminal audio CDs I embed affirmations, suggestions, custom made for you, mask it with music and you have to do Nothing but listen to it—not even make a conscious effort, just play it in the background! Those in the subliminal CD business will tell you this can work miracles in 3 days or such nonsense—but that is not really true. I have made CDs for myself for just about everything. Sometimes, I have seen results in a week, sometimes it has taken months. But there HAS been a change. Generally you do have to play a particular CD everyday for at least a month to see results. Keep the cd on repeat at night so it goes on for several hours as you sleep. I can do a simple subliminal CD which is Music with affirmations or I can do a more complicated one with 4 step encoding(it’s like the Rolls Royce of subliminal cds)—that is, music, affirmations, stereo confusion, reverse messages. (But I can do it for whatever issue you have) |
